KATIE EDWARDS

Katie Edwards serves as the Student Ministries Pastor at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, California. She has been serving in full-time youth ministry for 26 years and has a passion for helping teenagers know Jesus, love Jesus, and live for Jesus. Katie is also passionate about developing leaders and shepherds to reach the next generation for Jesus. She loves her Kindle, chocolate, naps, Starbucks and movies. Katie lives in Southern California with her husband Ron and her three kids Abby, Ella & Cooper. ​ ​

  • Campaigners | Club Room: Discuss resources, casting vision to middle schoolers, and building community. (Crystal Kirgiss)
  • Club | Axis: Acknowledge non-negotiables, implement innovative ideas, and reach the farthest out kid. (Chris Chirico and Jenna Rejcek)
  • Contact Work | Snack Bar: Connect with middle school students in their world today. (Susie Ankenbrandt and Hannah Hill)
  • Catholic School WyldLife | Headquarters/War Room: Learn how and why the K-8 Catholic school in your area can be a great place to start WyldLife. (Jon Robert Marks)

 

Brainstorming Workshops

Thursday at 9:00 am

You’ll have the opportunity to participate in one small-group brainstorming session. This is an opportunity to share ideas, but also brainstorm for new ideas with others who are passionate about the same area of WyldLife. Sign up for a workshop on Wednesday afternoon at the dining hall. Space is limited to 15 in each workshop.

  • Big events and club themes (color wars, dodgeball tournaments, etc.) | ​ Club Room
